Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Pressed Coin Companion account and all associated personal data at any time. This page also serves as the data deletion instructions for users who signed in with Facebook.

In the app

1. Sign in to Pressed Coin Companion (web or mobile).
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the request. Your account is removed immediately.

By email

Send an email to info@presscoins.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject "Account deletion request". If you signed in with Facebook, please include the Facebook display name on your account so we can locate it. We will confirm deletion within 30 days, typically within a few business days.

What is deleted

• Your account record (email, display name, profile fields).
• Your collection, wishlist, albums, and uploaded scan images.
• Marketplace listings you created.
• Linked social-login identifiers (Google, Apple, Facebook).
• Authentication tokens and session data.

What is retained

We retain order and payment records for 7 years to comply with U.S. financial and tax law (IRS Publication 583). These records are minimized to what is legally required (order ID, amount, date, and a hashed customer reference) and are not used for any other purpose. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be tied back to you may also be retained.

Facebook-specific

If you used Continue with Facebook to sign in and you revoke our app's access from Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the Facebook identifier linked to your account. To also delete the rest of your Pressed Coin Companion account, follow the steps above.
